Abstract

The bioactive glass-modified gelatin composite hydrogel is prepared by the following steps: the bioactive glass powder is added into a solution of modified gelatin containing a photoinitiator, ultrasonic treatment and stirring are carried out, uniformly dispersed materials are poured into a die, and after UV-irradiation is carried out for a period of time, the bioactive glass-modified gelatin composite hydrogel is obtained. The bioactive glass-modified gelatin composite hydrogel has good biological activity, osteoinductivity and high water content (which is 80% or above), and the product is used for the fields of non-bearing bone defect repair, slow release of medicament, bone tissue engineering, and the like.
