23 Jul Bioabsorbable medical material and preparation method thereof
Abstract
The invention discloses a bioabsorbable medical material and a preparation method thereof. The bioabsorbable medical material comprises 2-6 layers of fabric units stacked together, wherein each fabric unit comprises a plurality of scaffolds for tissue engineering, and is formed by polyglycolic acid yarns having weft knitting structures. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out melt spinning on a polyglycolic acid material through a melt spinning machine, and stretching to obtain polyglycolic acid yarns; (2) preparing the polyglycolic acid yarns into the fabric units through a weft knitting method; and (3) carrying out laminating on the 2-6 layers of fabric units through a hot melt adhesive to prepare the tube-shaped or sheet-shaped bioabsorbable medical material. Compared with the prior art, the bioabsorbable medical material has the beneficial effects of high safety performance, good flexibility and ductility, and obvious effects of the scaffolds for tissue engineering.
