23 Jul Bio-ink, and preparation method and application thereof
Abstract
The invention provides a bio-ink. The bio-ink comprises a synthetic degradable polymer, a natural polymer and a solvent and may further comprise a fluorescently-modified natural polymer. The inventionalso provides a tissue engineering scaffold printed by using the bio-ink. According to the invention, the composite bio-ink is formed in the manner of blending and thus inherits the advantages of both the synthetic polymer and the natural polymer; so the scaffold formed by 3D printing via the bio-ink has sufficient mechanical strength, controllable cell affinity and degradability. Fluorescence intensity changes in scaffolds with fluorescent properties can also be used for assessing the degradation extents of the scaffolds in real time. The invention also provides a method for preparing a fluorescently-labeled protein, and the bio-ink including the fluorescently-labeled protein prepared by using the method.
