Abstract
The invention discloses bilayer hydrogel capable of achieving self crimping. The bilayer hydrogel is of a crimped tubular structure, and is composed of an inner layer of gel and an outer layer of gelin a bending and superimposing manner, wherein the outer layer of gel is prepared from modified gamma-PGA or a mixture of modified gelatin and the modified gamma-PGA; and the inner layer of gel is prepared from the modified gelatin. The invention also discloses a preparation method and the application of the bilayer hydrogel. A glycidyl methacrylate modified gamma-PGA solution is introduced into amethacrylic acid modified gelatin solution, so that the whole water absorption performance is enhanced, photo-crosslink is performed to form gel then to form an active layer, and then the surface ofthe active layer is combined with a layer of modified gelatin inert layer so as to construct a bilayer hydrogel system, and although the active layer of the whole system has the good water absorptionperformance under an aqueous medium condition, the presence of the inert layer can inhibit the expansion of the active layer, resulting in self-curling of the whole system to form a multi-layer tubular structure, which has an important guiding significance and reference value on the design and preparation of tissue engineering vascular stent materials.
