Abstract
The invention discloses a bi-component supramolecular gel factor compound and application thereof. The bi-component supramolecular gel factor compound is prepared from a component A and a component B,the component A is cyclic [6]aryl -amide, and the component B is DEA-HCl or TEA-HCl. The invention further provides application for selective recognition of arginine and lysine through the bi-component supramolecular gel factor compound based on bi-component gel factor compounds of macrocyclic 1b or 1c. A macrocyclic 1a bicomponent gel factor compound substituted by a shorter alkyl chain is usedfor specifically recognizing the arginine, can be used for rapid recognition of the lysine and the arginine, and an operation method is simple, the arginine can be selectively recognized and the lysine and the arginine are recognized by adjusting a side chain of the component A, and a gel factor has the potential application value in the fields such as drug delivery and amino acid recognition. Detection results can be determined by naked eyes, tedious detection through an instrument is saved, the detection time is shortened, and the potential application value is achieved in the biological field such as drug delivery and tissue engineering.
