Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of bone tissue engineering scaffolds, and particularly relates to a BG composite scaffold capable of inducing hypoxemia and application thereof. The composite scaffold is obtained by mixing 45S5 BG powder and XLS powder, preparing a GelMA solution containing DFO on a BG-XLS scaffold through a template copying and high-temperature sintering method and performing photo-crosslinking. The BG-XLS scaffold manufactured fter magnesium lithium silicate is added has the better mechanical property, and has the good bone inductivity, DFO can obviously promote cell VEGFexpression, the DFO is loaded on the BG-XLS scaffold, GelMA forms hydrogel after ultraviolet cross linking, release of DFO is slowly controlled through the GelMA hydrogel, the cell toxicity of the DFOis lowered, the DFO and the composite scaffold have the synergic effect on the aspect of promoting stem cell mineralization. The BG composite scaffold capable of inducing hypoxemia has the stem cellmineralization and the capability for promoting formation of new vessels, and the scaffold can be adopted as a human body bone scaffold material.
