Abstract
The invention belongs to the ocean chemical engineering technology, and particularly relates to a beta-chitosan preparation method. The method comprises the steps that tissue adhesive substance on the surface of the cartilage of a mollusc is removed thoroughly, desalination is carried out through a dilute acid solution, deproteinization is carried out through a dilute alkali solution, deacetylation is carried out through concentrated alkaline, and finally the beta-chitosan with the high molecular weight and the high degree of deacetylation is obtained. It is verified that the structure is beta-chitosan through infrared spectrums and X-ray diffraction, the ash content is about 1%, and the moisture content is about 4%. The beta-chitosan preparation method is easy to operate and suitable for large-scale industrial production, and lays a foundation for the beta-chitosan development and application in the future, and conditions are controllable.
