The prop-up laryngoscope system comprises a prop-up laryngoscope, a camera, an illumination head, image display equipment, an illumination power supply, a first cable and a second cable, wherein the prop-up laryngoscope is provided with a tubular cavity, the camera and the illumination head are placed at the front end of the tubular cavity, the first cable is used for connecting the camera and the image display equipment, and the second cable is used for connecting the illumination head and the illumination power supply. The tubular cavity is of an arc-shaped structure. A bending angle similar to the geometrical size of the throat of a human body is adopted for the structure of the prop-up laryngoscope, the prop-up laryngoscope can be easily inserted into the throat without the need of large external force, human tissue can not be injured, and the prop-up laryngoscope conforms to human engineering characteristics better.
