Abstract

The invention provides a barrier-enhanced in-vitro recombinant epidermis model construction method, which relates to the technical field of tissue engineering. The barrier function of a tissue engineering recombinant epidermis model can be enhanced from two aspects of chemical composition and physical structure, skin absorption and penetration test requirements are satisfied, and a product application scope is enlarged. The method comprises the following steps: 1) separating epidermal stem cells and culturing the epidermal stem cells; and 2) performing tissue engineering epidermis construction, and forming the tissue engineering epidermis model with complete morphodifferentiation of a basal layer, a prickle cell layer, a granular layer and stratum corneum.
