23 Jul Barium titanate piezoelectric ceramic scaffold for bone tissue engineering and preparation method of barium titanate piezoelectric ceramic scaffold
Abstract
The invention provides a barium titanate piezoelectric ceramic scaffold for bone tissue engineering. The preparation method of the barium titanate piezoelectric ceramic scaffold is characterized by comprising the following steps: mixing 60-80wt% of bioactive glass-coated barium titanate powder, 10-20wt% of ethanol and 5-15wt% of a binder polyvinylpyrrolidone, and performing stirring so as to obtain printing ink; designing a porous model with porosity of 50-90% by using three-dimensional modeling software, and performing three-dimensional printing so as to obtain a porous scaffold blank; and sintering the porous scaffold blank in a tube furnace so as to obtain the barium titanate piezoelectric ceramic scaffold for bone tissue engineering. The porous composite ceramic scaffold is prepared bytaking the bioactive glass-coated barium titanate as the raw material and adopting a three-dimensional printing technology and has excellent biological activity and piezoelectricity, an internal structure of the scaffold can be accurately controlled, and the forming process of the scaffold is simple.
