Abstract
The invention discloses a bamboo fiber/hydroxyapatite/polyactic acid porous material and a preparing method thereof. The bamboo fiber/hydroxyapatite/polyactic acid ternary combined degradable porous material is prepared through the steps that hydroxyapatite dispersion liquid is dropwise added into a 1,4-dioxane dispersion liquid combining bamboo fibers and polyactic acids, ultrasonic stirring is carried out, then the mixture is put into a culture dish, freeze drying is carried out, and the ternary combined porous material is obtained. The mechanical performance of the ternary combined porous material prepared through the method is obviously improved than that of a hydroxyapatite/polyactic acid binary combined porous material, the bore diameter of the ternary combined porous material is enlarged, and the ternary combined porous material is capable of being completely degraded, simple in preparing method, controllable in structure and capable of being expected to serve as a novel bone tissue engineering stent material.
