23 Jul Bacterial cellulose porous foamed material and preparation method thereof
Abstract
The invention relates to a bacterial cellulose porous foamed material and a preparation method thereof. Pores in the foamed material exist in bacterial cellulose hydrogel, are dense and in large quantities and have a uniform size. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing the nanometer bacterial cellulose hydrogel; (2) soaking the bacterial cellulose hydrogel in a hydrogen peroxide or acid solution; (3) heating the hydrogen peroxide solution in which the bacterial cellulose hydrogel is soaked, adding a strongly oxidizing agent or adding a catalyst at room temperature, and carrying out uniform reaction; or adding excess carbonate into the acid solution in which the bacterial cellulose hydrogel is soaked, and carrying out uniform reaction; (4) carrying out cleaning with water; and (5) carrying out shock cooling or gradual cooling and then carrying out freeze drying so as to obtain the bacterial cellulose porous foamed material. The bacterial cellulose porous foamed material has great pores suitable for growth of cells, a high specific surface area and appropriate porosity. Experiment results show that cells grow well in the pores. The bacterial cellulose porous foamed material has application potential in the aspect of a scaffold for tissue engineering.
