Bacterial cellulose/collagen/hydroxyapatite composite material, and preparation and application thereof

Abstract

The invention discloses a bacterial cellulose/collagen/hydroxyapatite composite material and a preparation method thereof. In the method, the capillary force of internal pores and an ultrasonic-assisted collagen molecule diffusion method are adopted, a bacterial cellulose dry film, collagen, procyanidine, CaCl2 and simulated body fluid are taken as raw materials, and the mass ratio of the bacterial cellulose dry film to the collagen to the procyanidine to CaCl2 is (10-200):(1-50):(4-6):(6-10); the collagen is uniformly distributed in the network structure of the bacterial cellulose in an irregular shape, and the obtained compound is prepared into the bacterial cellulose/collagen/hydroxyapatite composite material by adopting a biomimetic mineralization method. The composite material disclosed by the invention has superior mechanical property and a unique three-dimensional nano-network structure, is more similar to human skeletal tissues on the aspects of structure and component, and is expected to meet the application requirement of a skeletal tissue engineering stent material.
