Abstract
The invention discloses an auxiliary in-vivo ectopic bone formation device used for treating massive bone defect. The auxiliary in-vivo ectopic bone formation device used for treating massive bone defect comprises a main body portion; the main body portion comprises a top plate, a side plate and a bottom plate; the side plate is arranged, in lap joint, between the top plate and the bottom plate; the side plate is a component which bends to one side; and a cavity with a single-side opening is enclosed by the top plate, the side plate and the bottom plate. The auxiliary in-vivo ectopic bone formation device used for treating massive bone defect further comprises an infusion tube; and the infusion tube is in detachable communication with the cavity so as to allow nutrient solution delivery for bone formation during heterotopic osteogenesis. The auxiliary in-vivo ectopic bone formation device used for treating massive bone defect provided by the invention is suitable for ectopic bone formation in the treatment of massive bone defect; moreover, the device is rational in structure and smartly designed. By arranging the opening for setting up tissue engineering scaffolds and allogeneic bone materials, as well as arranging a plurality of micropores on the side plate used for enclosing the cavity, the auxiliary in-vivo ectopic bone formation device used for treating massive bone defectis capable of effectively ensuring material exchange so as to improve treatment effects of massive bone defect.
