Abstract
This invention provides an automatic circulating for tumor cell sieving and culture system that can be effectively applied to the related fields such as biomedical science and tissue engineering, at least comprising a manipulation device, a specified cell sieving and culture device, a top cover device, an image capturing device, an image/ information processing device and a central information processing device. According to the aforementioned fluid manipulation platform for the specified cell sieving and culture device, processing procedures such as specimen treatment, circulated sieving of tumor cells, culture medium replacement, and cell cultivation may be automatically completed to effectively shorten processing time and to save labor costs, and, furthermore, it has advantages of small size and easy-to-carry.
