Abstract
The invention relates to the field of tissue engineering and the field of 3D printing, and in particular, relates to an artificial tissue precursor and a preparation method thereof. In particular, theinvention relates to the artificial tissue precursor including a solid supporter and a plurality of microcapsules, wherein at least one microcapsule fits the solid supporter, and the microcapsule includes cells and a biocompatible material wrapping the cells. The invention relates to the preparation method for the artificial tissue precursor, a kit and a set box for preparing the artificial tissue precursor, an artificial tissue, such as an artificial lumen, obtained by culturing the artificial tissue precursor, a lumen implant or lumen model including the artificial tissue precursor or artificial lumen, a use of the artificial tissue precursor for preparing the artificial tissue, the lumen implant or the lumen model, and a use of the artificial tissue for preparing the lumen implant or the lumen model.
