Abstract
The invention relates to the field of tissue engineering and the field of 3D printing, and specifically relates to an artificial tissue precursor and a preparation method thereof. The artificial tissue precursor includes a solid support and multiple microcapsules; at least one microcapsule fits with the solid support; and the microcapsules include cells and biocompatible materials wrapping the cells. The preparation method of the artificial tissue precursor is provided; a kit and coffret used for preparing the artificial tissue precursor are disclosed; an artificial tissue cultivated by the artificial tissue precursor, such as an artificial lumen, is related; a lumen implant or a lumen model which includes the artificial tissue precursor or the artificial lumen is also provided; applications of the artificial tissue precursor for preparing the artificial tissue, the lumen implant or the lumen model are also disclosed; and the applications of the artificial tissue for preparing the lumen implant or the lumen model are also related.
