Abstract
The invention relates to the tissue engineering field and the 3D printing field, in particular to an artificial tissue precursor and a method of preparing the same. The invention particularly relatesto an artificial tissue precursor, comprising a solid supporter and a plurality of microcapsules, wherein at least one microcapsule fits the solid supporter; each microcapsule includes cells and a biocompatible material covering the cells. The invention also provides: a method of preparing the artificial tissue precursor; a reagent kit and complete kit for preparing the artificial tissue precursor; artificial tissues cultured with the artificial tissue precursor, such as artificial lumens; a lumen implant or lumen model comprising the artificial tissue precursor or the artificial lumen; application of the artificial tissue precursor in the preparation of artificial tissues, lumen implants or lumen models; and application of the artificial tissues in the preparation of lumen implants or lumen models.
