Abstract
The invention relates to the field of tissue engineering and the field of 3D printing, and particularly relates to an artificial tissue precursor and a method for preparing the same. Specifically, theinvention relates to a solid support and a plurality of microcapsules, the method for preparing the artificial tissue precursor, a kit and box set for preparing the artificial tissue precursor, an artificial tissue obtained by culturing the artificial tissue precursor, such as an artificial lumen, a lumen implant or lumen model containing the artificial tissue precursor or artificial lumen, application of the artificial tissue precursor in preparation of the artificial tissue, lumen implant or lumen model and application of the artificial tissue in preparation of the lumen implant or lumen model, wherein at least one microcapsule is adhered to the solid support and comprises a cell and a biocompatible material coating the cell.
