Abstract
The present invention relates to the field of tissue engineering and 3D printing, and in particular to an artificial tissue precursor and a method of preparing the same. In particular, the present invention relates to an artificial tissue precursor comprising a solid support and a plurality of microcapsules, wherein at least one microcapsule is attached to a solid support, and the microcapsule comprises cells and a biocompatible material encapsulating the cells; the method for preparing the artificial tissue precursor is provided; a kit and a kit set for preparing the artificial tissue precursor are provided; an artificial tissue is obtained by culturing the artificial tissue precursor, such as an artificial lumen; a luminal implant comprising the artificial tissue precursor or artificiallumen or a lumen model is provided; the use of the artificial tissue precursor for preparing the artificial tissue, the lumen implant or the lumen model are provided; and, the use of the artificial tissue for preparing the luminal implant or lumen model can be provided.
