Abstract
The invention aims to provide artificial tissue engineering skin superimposed by nanofiber membranes and stem cells layer by layer and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of polymer materials and biomedical materials. The artificial tissue engineering skin includes a plurality of stem cell layers and a plurality of porous nanofiber membranes of a three-dimensional structure. The stem cell layers and the nanofiber membranes are alternately stacked, and the artificial tissue engineering skin is prepared through the method of layer-by-layer self-assembly co-culture of the stem cells and the nanofiber membranes. The artificial tissue engineering skin can be used for regeneration and repair of various sorts of tissue and particularly for healing wounds, reducing scar formation, conducting skin regeneration and the like.
