Abstract

The preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out cleaning, cutting, disinfecting treatment, degreasing treatment, tissue mashing treatment, acidic enzymolysis, salting out, dialyzing treatment, defoaming treatment, crosslinking treatment, modifying agent treatment, freeze drying and vacuum drying to tendon or leathery skin. The artificial skin provided by the invention not only can be used as a cover for a wound surface of a human body temporarily, but also can retain a leathery skin support for growing and repairing the wound surface permanently, and overcomes the defects, in a conventional artificial skin product, of high price, source limitation, long time for manufacturing, short saving time, and impairs to organism caused by secondary skin-grafting. The artificial skin prepared by the invention is wide in material source, short in production period, long in saving time and low in price, and is suitable for wide application.
