23 Jul Artificial dual-layer skin and preparation method thereof
Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of organ tissue engineering, and particularly relates to artificial dual-layer skin and a preparation method thereof. The artificial dual-layer skin disclosed by the invention has a cuticular layer and a derma layer which are similar to skin of normal human bodies, wherein the derma layer comprises a bracket material and derma layer cells; the derma layer also comprises a blood vessel liked structure; and the cuticular layer is epidermic cells for covering the derma layer. Section H.E dyeing shows that the prepared artificial dual-layer skin has tissue structure characteristics similar to natural skin, the cuticular layer is favorable in cell differentiation, the derma layer is uniform in cell distribution, shape is plump, the blood vessel likedstructure can be seen between tissues, and important physiological functions are provided for artificial skin. The artificial dual-layer skin containing the blood vessel liked structure can provide enough oxygen and other nutrient components for cells after early period of transplanting, and can be directly applied to repair of cutaneous deficiency caused by various factors.
