Abstract
The invention discloses an arthropod-like silk protein block copolymer and a preparation method of hydrogel thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: building an expression vectorof an arthropod-like silk protein gene monomer RXSY and leading the expression vector into an expression host cell to obtain a target protein; carrying out temperature stimulation, photostimulation or combined stimulation of temperature and oxidation reduction to obtain the hydrogel. The hydrogel prepared by adopting the method has the advantages of biocompatibility, degradability, low cell toxicity and the like of the polypeptide hydrogel, and also has temperature stimulation responsiveness, photostimulation responsiveness and oxidation reduction responsiveness and adjustable mechanical performance, so that a better choice is provided for application of the hydrogel to medical engineering such as tissue engineering and drug delivery.
