Abstract

The invention provides applications of Wnt signal pathway and activator of Wnt signal pathway, and belongs to the technical field of biology. Applications of Wnt signal pathway in induction of proliferation differentiation of stem cells into epidermal stem cells are disclosed, the correlation of Wnt signal pathway and stem cell proliferation differentiation is disclosed for the first time. The invention also provides a method used for induction of proliferation differentiation of stem cells into epidermal stem cells. According to the method, utilization of the mechanism that Wnt signal pathwayis capable of inducing proliferation differentiation of stem cells into epidermal stem cells is adopted, the targeting performance is excellent, and the induction success rate is high; the inventionalso provides applications of Wnt signal pathway in promoting wound healing. Utilization of the mechanism that Wnt signal pathway is capable of inducing proliferation differentiation of stem cells into epidermal stem cells is adopted, so that excellent foundation is provided for in vitro tissue engineering skin construction, wound healing is accelerated, a novel idea is provided for clinical woundhealing promotion, and high application value is achieved.
