Abstract
The invention discloses applications of carbonate polymers with a side chain containing a double-sulfur five-membered ring functional group in preparation of medicine controlled-release carriers. The carbonate polymers are prepared by active controlled ring opening polymerization of cyclic carbonate monomers containing the double-sulfur five-membered ring functional group, are controllable in molecular weight, narrow in molecular weight distribution and free of protection and deprotection. The polymers prepared through the ring opening polymerization of the cyclic carbonate monomers are biodegradable and can be used for controlled medicine release systems. The prepared tumor-targeted nanometer medicine carriers which are sensitive to reductants and reversibly crosslinked support in-vivo long circulation, but are highly enriched in cancer cells and rapidly decrosslinked in the cells to release medicines, thus efficiently and specifically killing the cancer cells. The carbonate polymers have application prospects in the fields of scaffolds for tissue engineering, biochip coatings, and the like.
