Abstract

The invention discloses application of a specific pancreas ECM (Extracellular Matrix) in promoting proliferation, migration and directional differentiation of BMSCs (Bone Mesenchymal Stem Cells) intoinsulin secretion cells. The invention provides ideal, sufficient and function-stable seed cells for tissue engineering pancreas with long-term stable blood glucose regulation and control functions. Apreparation method mainly comprises the following steps: putting a specific pancreas extracellular matrix solution into a culture medium, establishing an appropriate condition culture medium, and constructing mutual actions of cells and an extracellular matrix in vitro, thereby promoting effect taking of biological behaviors of the extracellular matrix. Specific biological behaviors comprise stemness maintenance, proliferation improvement, migration improvement, directional differentiation efficiency improvement and stability improvement.
