Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of gene engineering, discloses an application of human miR-26b to preparation of medicine for improving insulin sensitivity, and provides an application of human miR-26b to preparation of medicine for improving adipose tissue insulin sensitivity and/or promoting glucose uptake of adipose tissue in the technical scheme. Affect, of human miR-26b overexpression in human precursor adipose cells, on a glucose uptake function of mature adipose cells is tested, the test shows that the human miR-26b can improve adipose cell insulin sensitivity and promote glucose uptake of the adipose cells, and the human miR-26b can be used for preparing the medicine for improving adipose tissue insulin sensitivity and/or promoting glucose uptake of the adipose tissue, as well as used for preparing medicine for treating metabolic syndrome.
