23 Jul Application of BRSK2 in preparation of medicines for inhibiting pancreatic cancer
Abstract
The invention belongs to the fields of medicine and gene engineering, and relates to new application of a neural differentiation related gene BRSK2. The invention provides application of BRSK2 in preparation of pancreatic cancer medicines. Particularly, the BRSK2 can be used as a medicine target for screening and preparing medicines for treating pancreatic cancer. The BRSK2 can promote growth of pancreatic cancer, lower the pancreatic cancer tissue necrosis ratio; however, the BRSK2 can be inhibited to obviously inhibit pancreatic cancer cells from proliferation, and greatly enhance the pancreatic cancer tissue necrosis ratio; and therefore, the BRSK2 can be inhibited to effectively inhibit the pancreatic cancer from generation and development. The BRSK2 is specifically expressed in human brain and pancreatic tissues in a high abundance mode. Therefore, the invention provides a brand-new specific efficient low-side effect method and way for searching effective medicines for treating pancreatic cancer.
