Abstract
The invention relates to application of astragalus polysaccharide in tissue engineering skin to promote regeneration of a newborn skin blood vessel network. By adding the astragalus polysaccharide ina three-dimensional scaffold of collagen-silk fibroin-chitosan engineering skin, regeneration of the newborn skin blood vessel network is promoted, the speed and the efficiency of newborn skin repairare improved, the biological activity of repair and reconstruction is enhanced, and the remodeling of newborn skin tissue is facilitated. For the treatment of large-area skin defects caused by mechanical damage, surface tumor resection, traffic accidents and construction accidents, the application of the astragalus polysaccharide in the tissue engineering skin to promote regeneration of the newborn skin blood vessel network provides a continuous and efficient new tissue engineering skin source, and opens up a new way to combine tissue engineering skin with traditional Chinese medicine theory for the treatment of large-area skin defects of traumatic orthopedics, burn surgery and reconstructive surgery.
