Abstract
The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for cell and tissue culture engineering and with double mouth culture bottle. The culture apparatus includes an incubator with temperature andairflow regulator mechanism, heater and sensor connected to the temperature controlling regulator; air inlet with one fixed end inserted into air pipe inside the incubator and the other end connectedvia fir flow meter to air cylinder; rolling bed with two or more rolling culture bottles with two openings in two ends; and one lower driving mechanism connected to motor. Using the double mouth culture bottle results in well ventilation and rolling culture is favorable to 3D growth of cell and tissue.
