23 Jul Antibacterial unsaturated aliphatic polyester and preparation method and application thereof
Abstract
The invention relates to an unsaturated aliphatic polyester formed by linear irregular arrangement of structural units as shown in chemical formula (I) and structural units as shown in chemical formula (II), which are shown in the description, in the molar ratio of 3:7 to 7:3; the polyester has a number-average molecular weight of 3000-9000, and a dispersibility index of 1.55 to 2.34. The unsaturated aliphatic polyester is prepared by ring-opening copolymerization of glycidyl methacrylate, epoxypropyldodecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride and succinic anhydride. An antibacterial tissue engineering scaffold prepared with the unsaturated aliphatic polyester has high elasticity modulus and swelling property, as well as good antibacterial property.
