Abstract
The invention relates to an antibacterial moisturizing repairing material applicable to tissue adhesion and a preparation method and application of the antibacterial moisturizing repairing material. The preparation method of the repairing material comprises the following steps: S1, performing sulfhydrylation modification on hyaluronic acid; S2, performing maleylation modification on chitosan; S3, soaking nano spinning fiber into a dopamine solution, washing with water sufficiently, sequentially soaking the nano spinning fiber into a sulfhydrylation hyaluronic acid solution and the maleylation chitosan solution for adsorption, and performing elution after adsorption is completed; S4, repeating the steps of adsorption and elution for multiple times, thereby obtaining the repairing material with alternative adsorption of sulfhydrylation hyaluronic acid and maleylation chitosan. The repairing material provided by the invention is good in antibacterial and moisturizing properties and relatively good in tissue adhesion property, can be used as a stable and efficient slow-release carrier of a water-soluble medicine and a bioactive factor, and is applicable to the field of tissue engineering application, particularly the field of skin repairing.
