Abstract

The invention discloses antibacterial hydrogel based on imine bonds and acylhydrazone bonds and a preparation method of the antibacterial hydrogel. The hydrogel is prepared by taking aldehyde hyaluronic acid, adipic dihydrazide modified hyaluronic acid and aminoglycoside antibiotics as raw materials and forming the imine bonds and the acylhydrazone bond in an aqueous solution through a Schiff basereaction to enabling macromolecules to be quickly cross-linked. The method is simple to operate; the used raw materials are friendly to environment and low in price; the preparation of the hydrogel does not need an organic solvent, and a cycle period is short; the prepared hydrogel has temperature, pH and hyaluronidase sensitivity, in-vitro and in-vivo injectability and self-healing performance,and also has good mechanical properties and antibacterial properties, and the properties enable the antibacterial hydrogel to have good application prospects in the fields of tissue engineering and repairing.
