Abstract
The utility model provides an anti-corrosive compound coating with abrasion resistance and high-temperature resistance for a steel structure sprayed with stainless steel, which comprises a stainless-steel coating and an anti-corrosive paint coating with high-temperature resistance, wherein the coating thickness of the stainless-steel coating is 180 to 220mum, and the coating thickness of the anti-corrosive paint coating with the high-temperature resistance is 100 to 150mum. The anti-corrosive compound coating with the abrasion resistance and the high-temperature resistance for the steel structure sprayed with the stainless steel has the characteristics of abrasion resistance and high-temperature resistance because of adopting a compound coating comprising the stainless-steel coating and the anti-corrosive paint coating with the high-temperature resistance. The stainless-steel coating is formed by using a high-speed electric arc spraying process, and has higher adhesion force, lower porosity and a better inner tissue structure of the coating in comparison with a coating formed by adopting a common electric arc spraying process. According to the compound coating formed by the utility model, the complete anti-corrosive protection to a matrix exceeds 50 years.
