23 Jul ANTENNA-FEEDER MICROWAVE DEVICE MADE OF CARBON COMPOSITE MATERIAL AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD
Abstract
FIELD: radio engineering and communication.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to antenna engineering, particularly to microwave waveguides. Antenna-feeder microwave device comprises waveguide element, completely made from graphene-containing carbon composite material with high electric conductivity. Whereupon carbon fibres are located in plane perpendicular to the axis of waveguide element. Manufacturing method involves formation of the inner piece-matrix, with dimensions corresponding to calculated parameters of the waveguide, and external workpiece matrix with inner sizes defined by wall thickness of waveguide. Then on the inner part of the waveguide element of microwave device required amount of carbon composite thread or tissue layers are wounded. Further, the prepared product is capped with the outer part of piece-matrix and after heating by vacuum forming elimination of surface roughness is achieved. External and internal matrices are separated and the waveguide element is obtained.EFFECT: high strength, reduced weight and dimensional characteristics, simple procedure of fabrication.2 cl, 5 dwg
