Abstract

The invention discloses an anhydrous calcium hydrophosphate/hydroxyapatite biphasic porous microsphere material, and a preparation method and an application thereof. The anhydrous calcium hydrophosphate/hydroxyapatite biphasic porous microsphere material is particle microspheres formed by coexistence of 10%-90% by mass of anhydrous calcium hydrophosphate and 90%-10% by mass of hydroxyapatite, theparticle diameter is 15-65 [mu]m, the surface is porous, the pore size range is 1-50 [mu]m, and the porosity is 33%-65.34%, and the anhydrous calcium hydrophosphate/hydroxyapatite biphasic porous microsphere material is prepared by a hydrothermal precipitation method; the anhydrous calcium hydrophosphate/hydroxyapatite biphasic porous microsphere material disclosed by the invention has relativelygood biocompatibility and biomineralization capability, relatively short degradation period, and high pore size and porosity, is an ideal biomedical material, and can be used for constructing bone tissue engineering scaffolds or used as a sustained-release carrier of antibiotics, antituberculous compounds, growth factors, antitumor agents and the like.
