Abstract

The invention discloses an angrobacterium tumefaciences-mediated genetic transformation method of peach smoked strawberry. The method comprises: cultivating tissue culture seedings of the peach smokedstrawberry by adopting the stolon tip of the peach smoked strawberry, cutting leaf blocks for pre-cultivation, and obtaining pre-cultivated leaves; and preparing an angrobacterium tumefaciens solution, transforming and co-cultivating the pre-cultivated leaves and the angrobacterium tumefaciens solution, and conducting fluorescence detection and PCR identification after delayed screening and screening cultivation. According to the present invention, the angrobacterium tumefaciens is used to mediate transformation in the transformation method, the genetic transformation system of ten fold peachsmoked strawberry is established through the genetic transformation process of establishment of in vitro regeneration system of the peach smoked strawberry, establishment of transformation system andidentification of transformed plant at cell level and molecular level, and the method lays a foundation for the genetic engineering with genetic improvement of the peach smoked strawberry in the future.
