23 Jul Analysis and comparison of hyaluronic acid transdermal absorption ratio of different dosage forms
Abstract
Hyaluronic acid (HA) is widely used in ophthalmology, surgery, cosmetic surgery, tissue engineering and regenerative medicine. HA has a high molecular weight and cannot penetrate the cuticle of skin surface, so it is an important work to study the transdermal rate of HA formulation. The invention relates to the analysis and comparison of hyaluronic acid transdermal rate, and HA transdermal rate ofdifferent dosage forms can provide experimental method and reference for the selection of raw materials in relevant industry. The HA in vitro transdermal rate of different dosage forms are as follows: uncross-linked HA of 20%; inhomogeneous HA of 10%; homogeneous sixth HA of 10%; HA liposome with particle size 50 nanometers of 15%; HA liposome with particle size 82 nanometers of 5%. The results of screening and conditional optimization show that HA+9% azone transdermal rate is higher. The transdermal rates are as follows: the uncross-linked HA is 0.22%, the liposome HA is 2.64%; the uncross-linked HA+9% azone is 0.35%, and the liposome HA+9% N is 1.26%.
