Abstract
The invention discloses an application method of the sixth finger in histology and embryology experiment teaching. The sixth finger can be obtained through operation; after the fixation of a fixation solution of a certain concentration, the sixth finger is subjected to dehydration, hyalinization, waxdipping, embedding, slicing, dyeing and slice packaging in a certain manner; and finally, the sixth finger is used for observation of epithelial tissue, connective tissue, cartilage and bone and muscular tissue in histology and embryology experiment teaching, so that the problem that it is not easy to obtain a normal human tissue sample in the histology and embryology experiment teaching is solved, and effective utilization of experiment resources is expanded. Besides, the sixth finger is easily available, can be obtained from an operating room of the department of orthopaedics, can be obtained timely, and can be applied to the scientific research of human tissue engineering; the cell culture technique is adopted to separate epithelial cells, adipose cells and osteoblasts of the sixth finger, and thus the obtained cells are closer to real cell experiment; and the sixth finger is used for scientific experiment researches.
