Abstract
PURPOSE: A polymer in which amino salicylic acid is combined is provided to prevent inflammation reaction and to be suitable for a drug carrier, a cell carrier, a tissue engineering supporter, and other bio materials. CONSTITUTION: A polymer in which amino salicylic acid forms a covalent bond by reacting carboxyl group or amine group of amino salicylic acid with a starting polymer compound which has amine group or carboxy group on the side chain. The amine group or carboxy group of the amino salicylic acid which is not combined with the starting polymer compound forms a covalent bond by reacting a compound which has carboxy group or amine group at the end and acrylate, acryl or thiol functional group in the middle or at the other end with acrylate or acryl acid.
