Abstract
The invention relates to an amino aid polyester elastomer and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method is characterized in that xylitol is used as a main monomer, sebacic acid and N-Boc-glutamic acid are used as comonomers, and the amino aid polyester elastomer is obtained by using a melt polycondensation method. The preparation method is simple, no catalyst is used in the preparation method, the post-processing is simple, and the obtained elastomer has very good biocompatibility. The mechanical property, hydrophilic performance and water absorption of the elastomer can be adjusted by controlling the molar ratio of the monomer and reaction conditions; compared with the cell adhesion of an elastomer without amino acids, the cell adhesion of the amino aid polyester elastomer is improved. The amino aid polyester elastomer is expected to be used as a drug sustained release carrier, hemostatic, bone wax or a tissue engineering scaffold and the like in clinical medicines and tissue engineering.
