Abstract
The invention relates to alkoxyether dendritic chitosan, a hydrogel material thereof and a preparation method thereof. The dendritic chitosan has a structural formula in the Specification. An alkoxyether dendritic element with excellent temperature sensitive behaviors is grafted on a chitosan side group, and chitosan derivatives with different grafting rates are prepared through changing the feeding ratio of chitosan to alkoxyether. A high-grafting ratio polymer can form gel through direct heating, and a low-grafting ratio polymer can form hydrogel through adding a cross-linking agent. The preparation method is simple in process, mild in reaction conditions and free from an organic solvent adopted. The obtained hydrogel is low in gel forming concentration, short in time, transparent, non-toxic and degradable, has excellent mechanical strength and high stability and simultaneously has temperature and pH responsiveness and intelligent response behaviors such as self-healing. The hydrogelobtained can be taken as a biological material and is used in the fields of wound dressing, tissue engineering, drug delivery and the like.
