23 Jul Alginate/hydroxyapatite hydrogel material and preparation method thereof
Abstract
The invention discloses an alginate/hydroxyapatite hydrogel material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (a), preparing an alginate solution; (b), preparing an alginate gel; (c), placing the alginate gel in a phosphate solution, regulating a pH value of the solution, ageing, washing and freeze-drying to obtain the alginate/hydroxyapatite hydrogel material. The preparation method provided by the invention is simple and convenient to operate; the prepared alginate/hydroxyapatite hydrogel material has proper mechanical strength and flexibility, and good in biocompatibility, and can be widely applied to a tissue engineering repairing bracket material.
