Abstract

An airflow guiding type orientation in-situ flash melting electrostatic spraying device comprises a control box, a liquid container, a temperature control system, a pressurization system, an electric stirring system, a liquid inlet pipe, a spray gun handle, a spray head, an airflow guiding pipe and a high-voltage wire, wherein the spray head is arranged at the front end of the spray gun handle, a metal needle connected with the liquid inlet pipe is arranged in the spray head, the high-voltage wire is connected to the pipe wall of the metal needle, an air channel formed between the outer wall of the metal needle and the inner wall of the spray head is communicated with the airflow guiding pipe through the spray gun handle, materials to be sprayed and solvent are added into the liquid container and form a constant-temperature solution under the action of the electric stirring system and the temperature control system, the solution is squeezed into the liquid inlet pipe through the pressurization system and enters the metal needle through the liquid inlet pipe, the voltage and current are controlled through the control box, and then airflow guiding type orientation in-situ electrostatic spraying is achieved. The device can be widely applied to the fields of medical hemostasis, war wound help, tissue engineering, cosmetics and industrial spraying.
