Airflow guiding type directional in-situ flash melting electrostatic spraying device

Airflow guiding type directional in-situ flash melting electrostatic spraying device

Abstract

The utility model provides an airflow guiding type directional in-situ flash melting electrostatic spraying device. The airflow guiding type directional in-situ flash melting electrostatic spraying device comprises a control cabinet, a liquid receiver, a liquid inlet pipe, a spray gun handle, a spray head, an airflow guide pipe and a high-voltage wire, wherein the spray head is arranged at the front end of the spray gun handle. A metal needle connected with the liquid inlet pipe is arranged in the spray head. The other end of the liquid inlet pipe is connected with a nozzle of the liquid receiver. The pipe wall of the metal needle is connected with the high-voltage wire. An airflow channel formed between the outer wall of the metal needle and the inner wall of the spray head is communicated with the airflow guide pipe through the spray gun handle. A material to be sprayed and a solvent are added into the liquid receiver to form a temperature-constant solution under the action of an electric stirring system and a temperature control system. The solution is squeezed into the liquid inlet pipe through a pressurization system and enters the metal needle through the liquid inlet pipe, and the voltage and airflow are controlled by the control cabinet, so that airflow guiding type directional in-situ electrostatic spraying is achieved. The airflow guiding type directional in-situ flash melting electrostatic spraying device can be widely applied to the fields such as medical hemostasis, war wound first aid, tissue engineering, cosmetics and industrial spraying.
