Abstract

An airflow-guide type directional in-situ electrostatic spraying device comprises a control box, a liquid supply system, a liquid inlet pipe, a spray gun handle, a spray nozzle, an airflow guide pipe and a high voltage conducting wire, and a high voltage power supply and an air pump are arranged in the control box, wherein: the spray nozzle is arranged at the front end of the spray gun handle, and a metal needle is arranged in the spray nozzle; the metal needle is communicated with the liquid supply system through the liquid inlet pipe, the wall of the metal needle is connected with the anode of the high voltage power supply through the high voltage conducting wire; In the spray nozzle, an airflow passageway communicating with the airflow guide pipe via the spray gun handle is formed between the outer wall of the metal needle and the inner wall of the spray nozzle, and the airflow guide pipe is connected with the air pump; a material to be sprayed is supplied by the liquid supply system and enters into the metal needle through the liquid inlet pipe, and the voltage of the high voltage power supply and the airflow of the air pump are controlled by the control box to achieve airflow-guide type directional in-situ electrostatic spraying. The device can be extensively applied to such fields as medicinal hemostasis, emergency treatment for war wounds, tissue engineering and beauty cosmetics, and industrial spraying.
