Abstract
The invention discloses an airflow-assisted centrifugal spinning device. The airflow-assisted centrifugal spinning device comprises a centrifugal sprayer, an air supply device, open rotary-receiving devices and a centrifugal driving mechanism. The interior of the centrifugal sprayer is provided with a liquid storage cavity. Slim filament outlets are arranged in the centrifugal sprayer. Each open rotary-receiving device comprises a rotary shaft, a transmission device and multiple support arms. When support arms rotate with each rotary shaft, a bowl-shaped revolution surface is formed. The open rotary-receiving devices are arrayed in a ring with the centrifugal sprayer as the center. The centrifugal sprayer is provided with an air-guiding channel connected with the air supply device. Therefore, air flow blowing from the slim filament outlets to the open rotary-receiving devices, can be generated. The airflow-assisted centrifugal spinning device has following beneficial effects: ejected polymers are formed to be nanofibers under air flow and centrifugal force such that three-dimensional structures are formed by depositing nanofibers onto the rotary-receiving devices; as a result, deposit thickness of fibers increases, biological materials are better compatible and the application scope of technology materials is broad; and a support structure obtained is beneficial for cell growth in application of tissue engineering.
