Agarose-enhanced three-dimensional nanometer porous bacterial cellulose stent and application thereof

Abstract

The invention relates to an agarose-enhanced three-dimensional nanometer porous bacterial cellulose stent. A method for preparing the three-dimensional nanometer porous bacterial cellulose stent comprises the following steps of: putting bacterial cellulose aquogel into 0.5 to 3 percent (g/ml) agarose solution, stirring until bacterial cellulose is crushed to obtain lamellar bacterial cellulose, and preparing bacterial cellulose suspension; and heating the suspension until agarose is dissolved completely, adding the suspension into a die and processing to obtain the three-dimensional nanometer porous bacterial cellulose stent. The invention also provides application of the agarose-enhanced three-dimensional nanometer porous bacterial cellulose stent. The agarose in the stent is favorable for growing chondroblast and keeping the phenotypes of the chondroblast. In addition, nanometer fibers on the pore wall of the stent are exposed gradually with the gradual degradation of the agarose in the process of long-term culture, and cells can interact with the nanometer fibers mutually, so the stent is a cartilaginous tissue engineering stent with attraction.
