Abstract
The preparation process of porous rack of active alcohol soluble protein in the field of bioengineering technology is disclosed. The preparation process includes mixing alcohol soluble protein microballoon with coated active factor or homogeneous mixture of alcohol soluble protein and active factor in the weight ratio of 1 to 10-560 with ice grain in the ratio of 1 to 0.1-5; molding at -40 to 0 deg.c and freeze drying to eliminate ice grain from the rack; forming the alcohol soluble protein rack with coated active factor at 10-75 deg.c temperature and 60-100 % humidity for 1 hr to 10 days; and freeze drying to eliminate water from the rack. The said preparation process can obtain porous rack of active alcohol soluble protein with proper porosity, pore size and active factor content, and its active factor has excellent bioactivity maintained and may be slow released. The rack material may be used in tissue engineering and can serve in body for long period.
